Abstract
Cynthia Booth Lord completed her physician assistant training at Yale University and later earned a master's degree at Quinnipiac University. She has been associated with the Quinnipiac PA program since it began in 1994 and for the past 14 years has served as its director. Her experiences with leadership in the physician assistant profession began at Yale, where she was the liaison between the American Academy of Physician Assistants' student society and the organization now known as PAEA (the Physician Assistant Education Association). Cindy has served in multiple positions within the Connecticut Academy of Physician Assistants, including as president. Nationally, she has served on various AAPA committees and as president of AAPA. © John Hassett.
