Abstract

This report describes a rare anomaly, congenital fusion of the scaphoid and trapezium in one wrist and painful incomplete fusion in the opposite wrist. A brief review of carpal synostoses is given. © 1981, American Society for Surgery of the Hand. All rights reserved.
