Abstract
In summary, periodic screening of asymptomatic children with JRA and advances in treatment provide a much better outlook for good vision in children with JRA. Unfortunately, a subset with pauciarticular, ANA positive JRA remains at high risk for visually debilitating, ophthalmic complications.
