Abstract
Femoral hypoplasia/unusual facies syndrome (FH/UFS) is a rarely considered clinical entity that has a strong association with maternal diabetes. A case that demonstrates the prenatal morphologic and biometric abnormalities, and postnatal findings are presented. The pathogenesis and natural history of FH/UFS is discussed anti contrasted with the caudal dysplasia syndrome.
