Abstract
Herein we discuss the progression of conduction system disease in an apparently healthy man. Over the course of 17 years he manifested atrial tachycardia, atrial flutter and progressive conduction system disease. He was ultimately diagnosed with an underlying genetic abnormality and currently cardiac structure and function remain normal despite the progression in his conduction disease.
